VATly UAE ("we", "our", "us") operates this website and provides a free VAT calculator and educational articles about UAE Value Added Tax. You can contact us at hello@vatlyuae.com.

2. Information we collect

VATly UAE does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or payment details to use the calculator. The information processed when you visit our site falls into two categories:

• Calculator inputs — the AED amounts you enter are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
• Standard log data — like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. These fall into two groups:

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (e.g. routing, security).
• Advertising — set by Google AdSense to serve and measure ads (see below).
